Leadership Workshops that rewire how your team thinks, decides, and delivers
We don't teach theory from slides. Our facilitators embed inside your real challenges and build leadership muscle through practice, reflection, and honest feedback loops.
Most professionals are promoted for technical skill, then left to figure out people leadership on their own. We close that gap with structured, experiential programmes.
What we see too often
Managers defaulting to micro-management because they lack frameworks for delegation and trust-building
Teams that avoid difficult conversations, letting small tensions compound into serious dysfunction
Decision paralysis at the mid-level because leaders haven't practised making calls under ambiguity
High-potential staff leaving because their direct managers can't coach, only direct
What shifts after our workshops
Leaders who create psychological safety — teams speak up, flag risks early, and innovate faster
Clear accountability structures that free managers from chasing updates and policing timelines
Confident decision-making rooted in values alignment and stakeholder awareness
Retention improvements driven by managers who genuinely develop their people
How a typical engagement unfolds
Every programme is tailored, but the rhythm follows a proven three-phase arc.
Diagnose and design
We interview key stakeholders, review engagement data, and map leadership gaps. From there we co-design a programme that targets your specific friction points — not a generic curriculum pulled off the shelf.
Immersive workshop delivery
Sessions run over one to three days depending on scope. Participants work through live scenarios drawn from their own organisational context: difficult feedback conversations, strategic trade-offs, cross-functional negotiations. Every exercise is debriefed with structured reflection.
Embed and sustain
We follow up with coaching circles, peer accountability pairings, and a 90-day action tracker. Leadership growth doesn't stick in a single event — it needs reinforcement, and we build that into every engagement.
Programme catalogue
Four core offerings, each adaptable to your industry, team size, and maturity level.
Foundations of adaptive leadership
A two-day intensive for newly promoted managers or team leads stepping into their first people-leadership role. Covers self-awareness diagnostics, situational leadership models, feedback delivery frameworks, and first-90-days planning. Ideal for cohorts of eight to sixteen participants.
Senior leader masterclass
Designed for directors and executive-level leaders navigating complexity, ambiguity, and organisational politics. This programme uses case-method teaching, 360-degree feedback integration, and scenario simulation to sharpen strategic judgement and stakeholder influence skills.
Team alignment sprint
A one-day facilitated session for intact teams that need to reset their operating norms, clarify roles, or rebuild trust after a period of change. We use structured dialogue protocols and real-time conflict resolution practice to produce a team charter participants actually follow.
Communication and influence lab
A practical workshop focused on executive presence, persuasive storytelling, and high-stakes communication. Participants deliver live presentations, receive video-assisted feedback, and practise reframing techniques for resistant audiences. Available as a standalone day or an add-on module.

Before founding Leadership Synergy Workshops, she served as head of leadership development at two ASX-200 companies.
"The best leadership programmes don't teach people what to think — they teach people how to notice what they're already thinking, and whether it's serving them."
Frequently asked questions
We recommend reaching out at least six weeks before your preferred dates. This allows time for the diagnostic phase and programme customisation. For urgent needs we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines — just let us know your constraints.
Absolutely. Most of our clients prefer on-site delivery because it minimises disruption and lets us observe the physical work environment. We can also arrange off-site venues in the Perth metro area if you want participants to step out of their usual setting for deeper focus.
Our programmes work best with eight to twenty participants. Smaller groups allow for deeper individual coaching; larger groups benefit from richer peer diversity. For cohorts above twenty we bring in a co-facilitator to maintain quality.
Yes. We have refined a virtual delivery model that preserves interactivity through breakout exercises, digital whiteboards, and asynchronous reflection journals. Hybrid formats — where some participants are in-room and others join remotely — require additional facilitation design, which we handle as part of the scoping process.
Every programme includes pre- and post-workshop self-assessments, facilitator observations, and a 90-day pulse survey. For senior leader engagements we can integrate 360-degree feedback instruments to provide a richer longitudinal picture of behavioural change.
